1. Licence to use Site
We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use the Site in accordance with these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights:
The licence will survive any termination of these Terms.
You represent and warrant to us that you have all necessary rights to grant the licences and consents set out in paragraphs 2 (b) and 2 (c).
We use fresh ingredients daily and cook our meals fresh, Every meal is prepared to order. Due to this reason you need to place your order the previous day before 7.00 PM. Orders placed post 7.00 PM will be processed for day after.
In case of subscriptions if you wish to cancel a days meals you must notify us within 6 -12 hours of your delivery time *. Unfortunately, any cancellation requests made after this time cannot be honoured, as your orders will already be processed. Therefore, you will be charged the full amount for the day's meals. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order.
*In any subscription plan you can cancel upto 2 times. More than 2 times, a cancellation charge of RS 50/- will be charged for every cancellation.
6. Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly Subscription Service
Once you sign up for our subscription service you will be charged upfront for all the meals of the week or fortnight or Month based on your preference. Please note, that the subscription begins only when we recieve the payment confirmation.
You can change your order/plan anytime. However plan change charges will be applicable, to ensure the changes are effected for your next delivery you must notify us of the change a day in prior.
You can pause your subscritption at anytime. All subscriptions can be put on hold for a maximum of 1 week. If you would like to extend this please contact us. (charges applicable)
You can withdraw your subscription at any time. However, please note that a processing charge of 20 to 100 % of the remaining balance will be charged depending on the stage at which you withdraw your subscription. To withdraw your subscription contact us.
We deliver to areas in areas in and around Vijayanagar, Rajajinagar, Basaveshwarnagar, Malleshwaram, Yeshwantpur and Sadashivnagar. Indiranagar, Domlur, MG Road, Shivaginagar * etc. Bulk orders are accepted beyond these areas(delivery charges applicable) . * Delivery is free upto 5kms radius from the kitchen. Beyond which delivery charges applicable accordingly.
8. Payments and Refund :
Any transactions or purchases online can be made via Credit/ Debit Cards, Netbanking, e-wallets supported by CCAvenue. All transactions are processed via our partner payment service CCAvenue. You can view their terms here.
You may wish to pay by cash on delivery (C.O.D). Please make sure you tender exact change when your meals are delivered. We cannot promise any change. However, the change amount will be credited to your Muscle meals account which can be utilized on your next order.
P. S: C. O. D facility is not available for deliveries which are outsourced to delivery providers.
All payments to subscription plans have to be made before your purchase can be delivered. When paying by card, if you have insufficient funds in your account or the card declines - the purchase will not go through.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE START DATE.
All subscription plans (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) are valid upto 60 days only. Musclemeals is not entitled to deliver any meals or provide any refund after 60 days from the subscription start date. Its the responsibility of the subscriber to make arrangements to complete their subscription plan within 60 days.

All credit card payments are processed securely through a PCI compliant Payment Gateway (CCAvenue Payments) and payments are made directly through 256 bit SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe. Muscle Meals Pty Ltd does not store any credit card information on our servers. We may also change or add additional payment gateways to our website in the future. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However we are not liable for any unauthorised access to this information.
11. Acceptance of Order
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, such as the unavailability of any product or service or delivery slot or an error in the price of the product or service or an error in your order.
12. Order Cancellations By Us
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, remove or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
13. Discounts & Promotions
Discounts or promotion codes are non-transferable and cannot be transferred or refunded for cash. Furthermore, Muscle Meals Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any promotion or discount without prior notice. Only a single discount or promotion code per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
You have wide variety of meals to choose from so please order your plan carefully. After placing your order please review your meal plan and contact us immediately if a mistake has been made. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
